13.01.2022 KEPITING 2 SAUS. Australian Mud Crabs in two kind of Sauces. To be honest, I fell in love with these two ways of sauces. Well, first of all, it proves that what you’d call Premium Grade A Mud Crab is truly a top grade. The meat is firm, fresh and to the fullest. Also got some bonuses with those orange stuff inside. Love it!!! A bit of Love and Hate feeling when it comes to cleaning though. Then fast forward to making the sauce. 1. Chilli Gravy Sauce in Indonesian flavour.... The aroma from the shallot and chilli, truly remarkable. 2. Rendang Sauce. So surprise that Rendang sauce could go well with the Crab. So aromatic from all the mixed spices which blended well with the Crab’s freshness. So it brings kind of peppery feeling. Which one is more preferable, not gonna decide from two things that each brings its own depth of flavour.
