When we talk about getting out of our comfort zone, what we are really aiming for is to move into our challenge zone (or growth zone). We don’t want to go so far out of our comfort zone that we end up in the panic or anxiety zone. Or calculating how long your roadtrip was going to take by actually measuring the distance on a paper map and using the scale? Oh the good old days! Now all we have to do is say, Siri take me to Garapine. While devices have certainly changed our lives in many ways, they have brought some negative side-effects alo...ng with them.
