Today was an all access pass to the disgorging area where we walked through the science behind Méthode Traditionelle and together processed Sparkling Rosé. Big credit to Swan Valley, Perth Western Australia for another successful Entwined along with all other events, a great moment for the Swan Valley, cheers!
