Sacral Chakra- our sexuality, sense of pleasure and desires, and our creativity. 3. Solar Plexus-our Will centre, how driven we are, our ambitions. 4. Heart Chakra- to do with our relationships and love for ourselves and others, compassion. 5. Throat Chakra- communication centre, dealing with integrity and truth. 6. Third Eye Chakra: intuition, physic ability, purpose. 7. Crown Chakra- our higher consciousness, our connection to the Universe, and to the Divine, and our own essence within. When our Energy Centres are clean, our lives are on track. Our everyday lives are a result of how healthy and balanced our Chakras are. 21.01.2022 Full Moon Meditation Friday night from 7.00-9.30 at Garden Of Grace. If it looks like rain on Friday morning we will move to the Sarina CWA hall next to Leagues Club. This is a beautiful space and will suit our needs perfectly. If you’ve ever been curious about meditation, come along, learn, practice, and enjoy the company.

19.01.2022 Full Moon Meditation is only 8 days away. This is an amazing night of meditation practice, and chakra energy information. A full two and a half hours of connecting with yourself and other like minded people. The information, education and self awareness of this kind is powerful self knowledge, all under the beautiful full moon. This month we will meditate around a small fire in the garden, and add an extra meditation along with our Solar Plexus cleanse and balance.
