24.01.2022 Essential Service Providers Update: This update is to notify all of our clients that ‘Garden Bae’ is a part of the Essential Services Supply chain and will resume assisting our clients as best as we can while strictly adhering to the Government Health and Safety guidelines as the COVID-19 pandemic unfolds. The practices that have been implemented in our services:... * Customer service practices will be affected in accordance with the health and safety guidelines to maintain SOCIAL DISTANCING - i.e. handshakes, etc * NO PAPERWORK: All hard copy invoices and/or receipts will be moved strictly online via email in downloadable PDF format for your convenience * All money handling of CASH/NOTES will be ELIMINATED. Payments can be made via bank transfer to our nominated bank account. * ACCESS TO PROPERTY: Please determine access to your property via a contact-free route. This can be done by arranging a side gate or garage door to be left unlocked during the time of service depending on each individual situation/layout and your preference * GLOVES will be worn by our teams when using gates, doorknobs, green waste bins, etc * Services will be limited to a ONE-MAN-TEAM per job where possible to avoid the sharing of tools and close contact Our employees will be closely monitored for any symptoms of the COVID-19 virus and will not be working if unwell. 22.01.2022 Our company, currently based out of the Western Suburbs of Melbourne, is looking for an experienced Landscape Gardener who has the skills and attributes required to take the company to the next level and meet the increasing work load and demand. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Landscape Gardener to work in and around Melbourne's suburbs. Duties include but are not limited to:... - General garden maintenance (Lawn mowing, whipper snipping, hedge trimming, etc) - Garden and plant care - Garden clean-ups - Garden and Landscape design - Install landscape (softscape and hardscape) features (Turfing, pebbles and mulch, retaining wall, timber structures, etc) - Use manual and powered tools This position requires someone who values high standards, has a strong work ethic and a positive attitude. Your attributes and requirements: - Relevant qualification AND industry experience - Current and valid driver's licence with access to vehicle to get to starting point - Reliable, punctual and hard working - Well presented with good interpersonal and communication skills - The ability to showcase a high level of customer service and building rapport with our clientele - The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously - A certain degree of physical fitness - A strong commitment to safe work practices The successful applicant will represent the company as a "Garden Bae" and will work closely to establish and expand the company's brand.
