You will be working alongside a dynamic team of industry leaders who always go above and beyond for our clients. We are a growing business in the garden care industry and looking for one more gardener to add to our growing team. We are based in Langwarrin and service the Mornington Peninsula.... Overview of the Role: Maintain client gardens to meet specific requirements and expectations. Ability to work individually and as part of a team. Perform basic maintenance such as cutting grass, emptying bins, managing weed control, and leaf raking. Plant and nurture new trees, flowers, and various plants. Work with hand tools and basic light machinery. Help maintain gardening equipment and machinery. Provide assistance on quotes and recommendations as needed. Ensure a safe environment by following good occupational health and safety practices. The role will start with casual 2 days a week and possibly lead to a full-time role. This is known as the pH level, and having soil that is too high or low on acidity can impact your garden. Most plants prefer a pH level of 6 to 6.5.
