Numerous studies have shown spending time outdoors helps to improve our physical health, confidence and self-esteem. We also know that unstructured activities help children succeed in life by building stronger executive function (which means better attention and impulse control, emotional regulation and Decision-making). So with all of this in mind, we wanted to help YOU kick off 2021 with an Adventure Play Challenge for the kids!!! Using the six pillars of Risky Play (you can listen to our Podcast about this here https://www.wildlingsforestschool.com/raising-wildlings-/10) we’ve put together a little challenge to help inspire your kids get outside playing and exploring the way you would’ve as a child.
