12.01.2022 Tip for the Week It has been very hot lately and your plants and gardens will be suffering from it. One of the best things to do for your garden at the moment is to treat it with a soil wetting agent. Over the winter our gardens don't need as much water. In this period the soil dries out and becomes "Aqua phobic." This means the soil will not hold the water and most of the time it drains/runs away. ... A soil wetting agent is like a moisturizer for soil. It allows the ground the take up the water and saturates the soil. This gives more water to root balls and lets the soil retain the water longer. This will save you water, time and money. It will also help your garden to look a little healthier, especially since it has been so dry. Come on the Rain!
