25.01.2022 Looking for something chill to do this weekend? I’ve got some free spaces in my restorative aerial yoga class tonight and I’m covering Rane’s All Levels Class tomorrow morning. 21.01.2022 Happy New Year!! Hope that you all had a relaxing break and got to spend time with your loved ones Masks are back on for our studio classes in accordance with government guidelines. Last time around we were so impressed with everyone’s patience, community spirit and diligence with remembering their masks (along with all the other COVIDSafe guidelines). Hopefully it won’t be for too long and when it comes down to it we want to do everything we can do create a safe envir...onment for all. 15.01.2022 So excited to be supporting this lovely community event which is all about celebrating locally made sustainable crafts and the people who make them. Want to meet the maker of our wonderful Kokedamas - Ana Soares, and learn more about her creative process and all different plants and style? Fipe Keanu from Living Koko will also be there. Learn about the cultivation of Cacao in Samoa and traditional Indigenous practices and ceremony. Living Koko create a range of products here in Melbourne, from chocolate to tea and unique ingredients you can use in home cooking. It's just nearby at The Espresso Room on Saturday 13 and Sunday 14 of February.

We just launched an online prop shop and gift shop check it out here: https://gardenofyoga.com.au/shop/ Peanuts Makarlu Therabands Bolster Covers Eye Pillows Dry Body Brushes Spiky Balls & Lovearth Yoga Mats (these just arrived today so I’ve got them in the studio but not online yet). We have also included short practice videos with some of the items to help you get moving. It’s pick up from the studio only for now (except fo...r the Makarlu which ships directly to you) if you live far away I can investigate postage. I’ve also got a couple of other goodies in the studio like crochet water bottles covers that we have a very limited amount of so let me know if you want to do some shopping while you’re here! I had to update my CPR and I wanted to check out Urban Blooms - I kind of wish I’d visited earlier in the month, I think some of these flowers had a tough time in the hot weather last week.
