It is the perfect balance between a London Dry and a Contemporary Gin and features a heap of Australian botanicals including their hero - honeydew melon from far North Queensland. 12.01.2022 We are very excited to announce our September Gin Australian Dry Gin from Finders Distillery in Northern Sydney ! Australian Dry Gin is a small batch gin distilled from nine botanicals. It features a combination of orange peel and chamomile that add a delicate floral sweetness, as well as native gum and wattleseed that add an earthy, distinctly Australian flavour. It has a beautifully complex, yet smooth mouth feel that makes a gorgeous gin and tonic. Boxes start shipping next week, we can't wait for you to receive yours!

01.01.2022 Got to love a beautiful tasting room! The distillery doors swung open at Finders Distillery a couple of months ago and are welcoming visitors for tastings. So if you are around Sydney and looking for an afternoon filled with cracking gins and cocktails then look no further! Rural Victoria is also opening up, so anyone lucky enough to get out there we recommend putting a few local distilleries on the map.
