03.01.2022 Some incredible photos of the precast lift over the weekend. Each precast was custom made with glass fibre reinforcement to reduce electrical conductivity in th...e cables. Consisting of 6 beams, each precast beam weighed over 40t and made the meticulous journey from the Hunter Valley to Sydney overnight. Due to the existing bridge, a 500t crane was required to lift each beam into place with precision.
