25.01.2022 TUESDAY...... Today I’m grateful that we live SO close to the Heysen Drive Reserve. Daily walks with Patrick and the dogs is an afternoon ritual that we enjoy daily.

24.01.2022 ONE YEAR AGO.......... A pleasant morning with my beautiful daughter, a slippery walkway and BOOM...... I broke my right shoulder. An ambulance trip, a stay in hospital, and 4 long medicated months on the couch. ... It was a LONG journey back but I used the time wisely to re-evaluate, educate and prioritise both my work and personal worlds. SLOWLY.... I returned to work, driving, shopping and kicked the pain medication at the 8 month mark. I still need ongoing treatment but I’ve adapted well to the New Normal of work and life. My deepest and heartfelt Thank-You goes out to all of the Beautiful People who reached out last year. You encouraged and supported me on my journey back.
