25.01.2022 It's time to head down to the night paddock with the help of Tilly a stop off at the rose bushes and then home for dinner.

18.01.2022 At least some things don't mind a bit of dry weather. The epiphylums are just blooming gorgeous.

14.01.2022 The veggie garden is starting to look like a veggie patch no thanks to the chooks (who dug up the beans) but still have broccoli, cabbage, peas, zucchini and cucumber. After a bit of a false start due to very high ph we've also got beetroot and lettuce in the tubs just starting to grow. Once we get our new tank in Chris can slow down on the trips to the creek to get the water for the garden.

12.01.2022 Wow it's been an age since we've posted anything but we've has been busy (well mainly Chris with the help of a few offsiders) our new veggie garden fence is finally finished so looking forward to lots of veggies,especially now the weather has warmed up and the bees are busy. Tomorrow will be seed planting with all the seeds I've been saving for this big event. Wish me Happy Germination

12.01.2022 Ross' girls are quite happy. Here is the new little addition to the herd whilst they are holidaying at our place.

11.01.2022 Our naughty goat Opal decided that she was missing the boys who usually shares the paddock with her and Ezeili , so she managed to escape and met up with them at the ship's container, which is quite a way through the bush from the house. So of course we then had to go and get her so she had a nice ride in the back seat of the car to be reunited with Ezeili.

10.01.2022 The grass is green and long enough to mow for the first time in over 12 months. Chris has got his helper. Tilly is so enjoying having Chris home all the time she's his little shadow. It's a new year and the breezes are nice and cool this is the best time of day.

10.01.2022 We have only got a few leaves in the last week or 2 on the grape vines so far and it's already starting to develop tiny bunches. Hope it means a bumper crop this year.
