Simon joined Gardner Vaughan Group in 2005 after a decade learning the trade in his families third generation construction business in New Zealand before becoming a director in 2011. Simon is actively involved with his wife and three children as coach and referee in their various sporting pursuits, in particular Rugby Union, Cricket and Hockey. As a proud Kiwi, Simon is a devoted All Blacks and Black Caps fan, and is an avid listener of all types of music and produces a podcast on the side (check it out on iTunes or Google Podcasts- its called The Road to the Castle).
