10.01.2022 We operate under the HACCP food safety system, ensuring that our top quality ingredients are safely transformed into high quality cost effective meals and ingredients. HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is a systematic preventative approach to food safety addressing physical, chemical and biological hazards. HACCP aims to identify potential food safety hazards, so key actions are taken to reduce or eliminate the risk of those hazards being realised. HACCP is used throughout all stages of our production, from supplier deliveries through the production and packaging stages, to the end customer delivery.
