19.01.2022 The final Tuesday St. Mary's Intermediate/Advanced class was filled with heart felt speeches, dancing and a sumptuous supper to congratulate Garry and Connie on their pending retirement. Many past and present dancers, friends and associates attended to congratulate them, and also to show their gratitude for the many years of enjoyment through dancing and socialising at the Garry Roberts Ballroom dancing events.

14.01.2022 Unfortunately after many years of the Garry Roberts Friday night social dance, it is ceasing from this Friday 20 June. Apologies to the loyal Friday nighters who have enjoyed this evening over the years and a sincere thank you for your patronage. Classes are still held on TUESDAY intermediate/advanced class at St. Bernadettes Hall, 7 Walsh St, St. Marys 7 - 9.30pm and WEDNESDAY beginner/intermediate class at Campania Club 7 - 9 Famechon Ct Modbury Nth 7 - 9.30pm. 07.01.2022 We would sincerely like to thank dancers who were able to join us at the NYE ball. It was a wonderful and special night for us and hopefully for you too. We have received such heart warming comments and cards since announcing our retirement. My back is slowly getting better after hurting it during the set up of the NYE ball. Thank you for all the care shown and good wishes. Our thanks to all for your support over the many years at classes, cabarets and balls. Connie and... I have gained many friends and lots of great experiences over the years and we are looking forward to the next phase of our lives. We would also like to thank our many friends who have helped us at cabarets and dances over the years. We truly have appreciated your help. Established dancers and qualified teaches Luke & Lynette Heubusch from Sway Academy are taking over the reins with mentoring from myself to help with a smooth transition, same music, same venue, so do come along and support this enthusiastic couple and also come and say hello and have a chat to Connie and myself.
