24.01.2022 More research of the importance of gut health.

24.01.2022 It's an interesting discussion, that the public provide the money for research so the pharmaceutical companies can profit. We donate to research to find better health solutions, but some are in it just for the money.

24.01.2022 I talk to clients about the importance of gut health because it also affects our mental health.

23.01.2022 Fascinating research about other effects of taking medication.

23.01.2022 It’s a polite discussion I have with clients. They’re not what they’re cracked up to be.

21.01.2022 This is the coolest stuff if you can get your head around it.

21.01.2022 For those that want some information about energy production.

17.01.2022 To all my clients and followers, I’m decreasing my face to face consults but phone and video consults are still available. It’s not optimal but in this current climate it’s become necessary to proceed this way. Any questions please let me know.

17.01.2022 Another discussion I have with clients. Brain and gut are intimately connected.

16.01.2022 Some great research to consider if you’re on statins.

07.01.2022 A discussion I was having with a client yesterday. Before you medicate your child, fix their gut.

06.01.2022 An interesting observation that I had lately. When we do things in our day, are we truly aware of why. Basically are we being mindful of our choices. When we eat food, are we thinking about how nourishing it’s, the taste, how healthy it is. Is this food beneficial to my future. Or are we consuming food to fulfill a role, quiet an urge or emotion. To literally fill a hole, physically and emotionally. It could be the same food for either situation but the end result will be ...dramatically different. Eating disorders are more and more common these days. Could be the same for but how it’s eaten and the relationship to the food is not the same. Addictions come in many disguises and so do many mental disorders. People that exercise are another example. Are you doing it to become healthier or to appease a deeper issue. Body insecurity or fitting in with the crowd. Fat shamed or self loathing. If you’re not aware why you do what you do, your health, physically and mentally will suffer. See more

05.01.2022 Research about how happy you gut is and your capacity to make energy. If you’re tired, clean up the gut.

04.01.2022 Good to see research about gut health.

04.01.2022 One of the most important concepts when it comes to creating change. Every moment is full of possibilities, except if you're hanging onto your past. You can allow you past to become your future, or create a new future with your focus and intention.

04.01.2022 Day 2. Such a fascinating subject for me.

03.01.2022 More research about the gut and diseases.

03.01.2022 An example of the fascinating research that gives more insight into looking after yourself and why when you're healthier, it gets easier to stay that way.

03.01.2022 Interesting that the research is gaining momentum.
