24.01.2022 Noorbergen Building Service TA Absolute Property Improvements rebuilt the deck at the rear of the property. It is larger and more usable than the original with stairs to a newly built landing and ground level. Garry installed a custom built powder-coated aluminium privacy screen on one side to replace the worn lattice screen. Timber handrails with stainless steel wire ballustrading complete the look and the minimum materials ensure good visibility of children playing in the garden. Under the deck provides an additional storage area. At the front of the house there the addition of a sunroom complete with a window to enjoy the gardens.

23.01.2022 In home theatre, plus room addition with with new glass windows and doors, decking leading down to the yard. The in-home theatre has already provided hours of family, neighbourly and community enjoyment.

22.01.2022 Noorbergen Building Service TA Absolute Property Improvements tidied up this architecturally designed pole house to maximise the sale. The property has stunning views of Brisbane Water, Central Coast and sold well before auction.

13.01.2022 The owners bought this property as a family escape to Woy Woy Bay which they intended to live in and keep their city pad too. TA Absolute Property Improvements undertook the majority of the work during the owners recent holiday, communicating via the internet. Structurally - new and improved brickwork - straight lines. We installed 3 points of lighting, fixed the windows and glazed them with privacy clouding adding extra strength. New front door for safety and visual impact. The orange paintwork is reminiscent of the owners recent time in San Franscisco during the job. New decking and balustrades. 07.01.2022 For the finer aspects of life the owners requested better use of the long narrow kitchen/ living area with maximum eco-friendly selections. Jacqui provided design and product consultation running each step via the customers at agreed intervals while they travelled. Garry carried out the work.

04.01.2022 We renovated this kitchen from its original 60s orange cupboards, and dark coloured vinyl timber look laminate to a new bright and shiny light-filled kitchen with luxurious stone bench tops. We problem solved the large window looking directly into the neighbours' house with the use of etched glass and a top light section. We added a china display cabinet and loads of storage for this family of 8 + the layout is same and all walls remain in tact as the original with the addition of plenty of storage. 04.01.2022 Noorbergen Building Service TA Absolute Property Improvements undertook this heritage restoration work back in 2007. Many people were involved in the restoration and renovation. We consulted with Manly Council, a Heritage architect and a Private Certifier as well as the clients, tradespeople, insurers, and suppliers. We sourced all building materials required including the railway sleepers to fix a section of timber flooring. Garry is pictured on the final day of his works. After this point the owners completed further finishing work including gardens, painting and staging. Carpentry and building - Garry Noorbergen, Bricklaying - Brett Lutton, Plumbing - Adrian Truman, Communication and administrative contracts and insurances - liaising with council and heritage architect, researching and sourcing materials - Jacqui Lane.

01.01.2022 Noorbergen Building Services TA Absolute Property Improvements at the time rebuilt the existing single garage and created an outdoor living area with the inclusion of vertical timber shutters as balustrading allowing the clients to choose and vary their level privacy. The job was completed in 2006.

01.01.2022 Noorbergen Building Service TA Absolute Property Improvements completed both Manly jobs consecutively. Addison Road was also a restoration - to replace/ rebuild the sunken arch with vertical and visible crack which had become structurally unsound. Along with rebuilding the arch we replaced the 1st floor concrete only decking with aesthetically pleasing timber decking, perfectly joined.
