20.01.2022 Just a word of Warning ..... A friend, on my friends list, received a SMS text message, apparently from ME, stating that I had posted a link on FB and wanted them to watch it. .... I did no such thing ... Googling that particular issue didn't turn up any results either ... What I have deduced is that it's, obviously, a scam in which the recipient of the text message has had their FB profile "trolled" it has found a mobile number, which many of you, I'm sure, have used to validate/verify your FB account ... selected MY name from their "Friends list" and supposedly sent the fake message to their phone from Me. ..... What makes this an obvious scam is I don't even know this persons mobile number and would certainly not SMS them an idiotic FB post even if I did .... so just be vigilant people

Once I'd calmed her down and gently asked her had she actually been doing what was suggested in front of her laptop, to which she got the giggles, she realised how absurd the whole thing actually was ... she then asked what would happen if she didn't pay and they posted the so called video, with her head superimposed on a younger body? ... I told her to let her husband, 80(ish), watch it as it might light a little spark under him and it could all work to her advantage :)
