24.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who attended today and supported the day. Special thanks to all of our sponsors and donors, without you we couldn't achieve what we have for the Good Friday Appeal The Royal Children's Hospital, Melbourne Well done Garvoc, we raised $19,665.00 and we still have the fire truck running on Good Friday!

23.01.2022 Unfortunately with great disappointment we have got to push back the Garvoc Good and Service action due to the COVID-19 virus. We have our fingers crossed that at a later date this will go ahead but at this point in time we have to put it on hold. Thanks everyone for your understanding Cheers

19.01.2022 CFA and G.D.R.I. would like to thank all involved for a fun Christmas party. Santa delivered lollies and water pistols which was the best thing for such a hot evening. Lucky door prizes were Christmas tree Michaela Meade, Wine/2 Stubbie holders Barry Philp. Raffle prizes were Gardens Caravan Park Cabin voucher Vicki Philp, Port Fairy Day Spa voucher Ricky McDowell, Christmas cake Louis Conheady, 2 Wine /2 Stubbie holders Bev Moore, Jar yoyos Seamus Meade and Jar shortbread Linda Edwards. Thanks to all who helped out on the night and those who donated prizes. Thanks to Saputo for Big M drinks for the kids and special thanks to the CFA for delivering Santa. Hope you all have a Merry Christmas.

04.01.2022 TONIGHT AT THE HALL!! CFA is coming out to have a talk with everyone and anyone that is keen to find out, is your farm/house/land fire ready and safe! This would be absolutely brilliant just to make sure we are all aware of dangers that could bring us unstuck!... Also they will be touching on when is it time to evacuate and where to go, what to do!! I’m encouraging everyone to come it’s only for an hour, maybe hour and half!! Light supper is provided by the CFA! Plz come, we want everyone safe this summer You do not have to live in Garvoc to come to this, o plz spread the word quick!
