11.01.2022 Installed two Ventair Royale dc remote control ceiling fans and a bathroom 3in1 heat, fan, light today These ceiling fans are one of the best I’ve installed They have a 18w led panel, abs (plastic) blades, a dc motor which uses up to 70% less power then your typical ac motors, it allows you to have more speed options (this model 5 speeds) and the reverse function is on the remote If your thinking of installing ceiling fans this summer give me a call and I can come around with this years ceiling fan catalogue and we can pick the right fan for home

01.01.2022 What was supposed to be an easy evap change over today turned to s***, after the old evap was removed, I found the dropper was rusted out and the flashings looked like bits and pieces of lead and tin were slapped on to cover spots that were missed But in the end the new dropper, flashings and evap look unreal
