18.01.2022 Every single person I meet has something unique to share, something I can learn from or grow from. To think I know it all is nothing but ego and lacks introspe...ction. Sometimes, people just wait in a conversation, not to let you speak, but to find the pause to share their own views, i.e. they are not really listening to you but merely considering their own responses. At times, it is refreshing to sit in on a conversation and simply listen, you hear so much more. When someone is talking and you truly listen, they can feel that through the energetic attention, and it feels good. It really feels good to be heard without interruption, input or opinion. I love that life is an endless journey of learning and we do not value enough just how much we can learn from one another.

Ultimately, this choice has a significant impact on the day itself. Its fair to say there are numerous civil celebrants available who ...are qualified and experienced to assist you and support you, collaborating to create meaningful and memorable events. So why would I be a good fit for you? I am naturally inquisitive and curious about both life and people. I genuinely enjoy getting to know different people and personalities, feeling at ease in any situation and able to relate to a wide range of people. I gain great satisfaction from easing your stress, ensuring everything is running smoothly, allowing your day to be joyful, relaxed and experienced in the moment. I inject humour and a light-hearted approach when it is appropriate and hold a reverent, respectful space when necessary also. People that know me would describe me as professional, committed, open, personable, relatable, humorous, down to earth and empathetic. 06.01.2022 I get a little tired of others advocating their beliefs, actions and path as the right way, or the only way. There are many, many ways to achieve any desired... outcome and really the means is one determined only by the individual - what feels good for them, what their heart leads them to, what they are prepared to do to get there. So many people have been hurt or persecuted in pursuit of politics, religion and dogmatic adherence to one right way. Unless anothers actions are literally hurting you, I advise that you turn your attention instead to your life, your needs, your family. In my work, I do not espouse that I know everything, or the right way to an end result, I work with you collaboratively to find your right way in, and we pursue that together.

I have lived enough to observe that there is a distinct lack of rituals evident in our society today and that the construct of these rituals has changed dramatic...ally over time. This is what makes ceremonies so powerful and memorable today when they are composed to truly reflect the individuals involved. Rituals mark transitions and important events in our lives, creating space to build families, make connections, share and express emotions such as love, joy, sorrow, hope and expectation.
