Joosh all your favourite fresh vege lots of herbs, some peanuts, a touch of white balsamic or squeeze of lemon and avocado, then roll in nori sheets, drizzle with a little soy and wasabi if you like.then slice. Change it up, use your imagination. Honestly delicious.
