I got the opportunity to chat to... Rosanda about the vegetables the Yelash family grows, and do a cold room tour of the produce.’ ‘These farmers work so hard to put food on our supermarket shelves, but what about all the vegetables that don’t make it? That’s where I come in. I take all the stuff that the general public thinks it’s not good enough and turn it into something delicious. 01.01.2022 GASCOYNE FOOD FESTIVAL ~ Chef Lineup ~ Twilight Long Table Dinner Introducing ANNA GARE as our chef and host for the Twilight Long Table Dinner in Carnarvon this Friday (Sold Out). Considered one of Australia’s most loved female celebrity cooks, and with three cookbooks under her belt, Anna has won the hearts of many while hosting and cooking on shows such as Junior Masterchef (Channel 10), The Great Australian Bake Off (Channel 9) and The Best in Australia (Lifestyle Cha...nnel and ABC TV). She also has a highly successful kitchenware range. Anna’s life has always revolved around music and food. She was a member of the internationally acclaimed all-girl rock band the Jam Tarts in the 1980s and ‘90s, at the same time as developing her culinary career in restaurants around Australia.
