21.01.2022 I actually can't believe this has to be said again after we have been closed for what seems like most of this year. As you could imagine we are absolutely flat out and fully booked for the next few weeks with clients desperate to get their hair done and we are still getting people book in and not show up to appointments which is very disrespectful. From now on our late cancellation/no show policy will be enforced without hesitation.... Our regular clients have been absolutely fantastic but for new clients or existing clients who have "no showed" in the past, if you don't confirm your appointment via fresha or leaving a deposit (72 hours before your booking) it will be cancelled without notice. Our time is extremely valuable and as a small business trying to recover we can't afford times not being filled.

19.01.2022 RESTRICTIONS UPDATE As i expected its not good news for our industry today At this stage our re-opening date won't be until the 26th of october, that's if this "roadmap" stays on course.... All appointments that were booked in will be cancelled until we once again wait for confirmation. We won't be re-booking anyone until we know 110% when we can open. Thinking of all other business owners at this extremely stressful time. At this stage we won't be making any appointments until Dan Andrews delivers his "roadmap out" of stage 4 restrictions on Sunday 6th as it will be extremely difficult to rearrange everyone if things don't go as we are expecting.... In the meantime however, if you'd like to inbox us what dates & times your available & what you'd like to have done after the 13th September we can start to arrange appointments once we get the go ahead to re-open! As you could imagine we are going to be inundated with bookings and we do require patience when the time comes! We hope you're all keeping well and we hope to see you soon.
