25.01.2022 So many beautiful, healthy peony root stock arrived this week from the wonderful @gateforthfarmtasmania in@Stanley that I have now packed into trays full of moi...st compost to store until planting time. I highly recommend the family run farm Gateforth Peonies as their knowledge and service has been excellent help for a peony novice like me. We will be growing 15 x Herbaceous peony varieties and 10 x ITOH peony varieties for now. Total of 210 going into our new field rows this season. It’s a 3 yr investment so we won’t be picking flowers until the 3rd season.
