05.01.2022 OPENING HOURS UPDATE Seems like this is constantly changing, but let’s hope this is the last time... From 5am on Monday, we will be opening 24/7. That’s right TWENTY FOUR SEVEN!!... Back to how we should be, the reason so many of you decided to join us. We respectfully ask that during these hours when the staff aren’t in, that you continue to follow our main rules; - No spotting - Keep to your own workout area - Remain distanced - Wipe your kit down and put it back where it belongs Only by adhering to all these rules will we be able to keep our members and staff safe, and more importantly continue to keep the gyms open and safe.
