10.01.2022 Given the current situation and uncertainty surrounding Coronavirus COVID-19, I wanted to let you know that it’s business as usual at Gateway unless I am unable to get ingredients then I’ll then have to think outside the box. As a self-employed small business owner, I can’t afford to get sick. I keep myself healthy & follow health & hygiene practices both at home, in our catering van and when on site. The measures we are implementing to protect and prevent the spread of C...OVID-19 are: Home - Continuing to follow high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in regard to food handling, food preparation, cooking, cleaning, hand washing and sanitising of preparation surfaces. 09.01.2022 hi everyone! Hope you are all surviving in these extraordinary circumstances. We know how hard it is for everyone in our industry right now, however we hold hope that things change rapidly and we can all get back to doing what we love. We have been quietly working on the directory in this down time and will be holding an online launch in the not to distant future. The directory will be a free service for the foreseeable future, we really want to create a supportive community ...in which we can all prosper. Put 13th June in your diary!!!
