In partnership with HOYTS and EVENT, HERITAGE FILMS will be bringing a wide range of hope-filled, uplifting and inspirational content to be seen around the nation from April 5-29. The festival will launch just prior to Easter, with special Easter-themed movies. It then kicks into gear following Easter with two weeks of curated content screenings.

He digresses over his enormous and unrelenting heartache that so few of his own people, who had such a rich heritage of being used by God to bring forth the Messiah, had turned to Jesus as Lord and Saviour. It is a powerful reminder to us, that a rich, godly family heritage does not make us believers. We are only saved because of Gods sovereign grace! Its the crucifixion weekend, where we give thanks with sober reflection that our Lord God in Heaven put Christ Jesus forward to pay for our sins. This gift was for you and I - for the weak and the lowly, the broken and the wandering; for those who get up only to find again how far we fall. God sent our Saviour for one chief colossal reason: His love for us decided we should be welcomed to glory in Him forever. To do this, sin had to be paid - and God did this for his children in Jesus.
