25.01.2022 How much fun was this!! Could not have been happier at how this workshop went. So much laughter, getting to know each other and lots of questions about cheeses and their pairings. 25.01.2022 Thank you to everyone who attended our workshop on Saturday (such a difference in the weather from our workshop a couple of weeks prior). The first half of the workshop Shandelle from Pocket Full Of Daisies - Weddings & Events showed everyone how to make gorgeous embroidery hoop wreaths using dried flowers. I'm amazed at how beautiful each one was, they were all so different and unique. I hope you all found somewhere special to put your pieces. 23.01.2022 It's so nice to see families being together and celebrating special birthdays. For lunch we delivered platters, lemon & garlic chicken, rosemary & mint lamb, lamb cutlets as a special surprise for the birthday boy, brown rice salad and kale & potato salad. To finish their lunch they had a vanilla bean cake filled with lemon curd and decorated with fresh natives from Flower Affection and gold leaf. Happy 80th Birthday

Dips, cheese, antipasto, olives, fresh & dried fruit, crackers, followed by samosas, frittatas, spinach and feta quiches, roasted vege tart and Asian noodle salad boxes. 15.01.2022 Finished another small event for the weekend and I'm sitting back having a cuppa listening to this amazing podcast on "The life changing power of honey bees" I agree with Helen in that I have become very aware of my body movements when I open up my hives. You have to be slow, careful & quite as bees are very sensitive to movement & sound. I'm working on my next newsletter and I will include the link to Helens podcast for those that might like to have a listen.

01.01.2022 It all began 7 years ago!! When I think back to the day we started I don't know how we survived. I knew nothing about starting a business and had never worked in hospitality before. Our decision to sell our little shop and focus on catering has been great, although I do miss seeing everyone and having those chats. I wouldn't change anything (well except COVID) and love what I do. Happy Birthday to US!!
