Naked, open, vulnerable yet courageous Celebrating my nakedness joyfully Breathing in life fully Breathing in nature Breathing in nourishment into my BEing Breath is Life I will no longer hide I will not abide Only to what’s inside No longer acquiescing to playing ‘the good girl’ For fear of rejection For fear of punishment For fear of judgement Smiling with my whole BEing Smiling with Full love and a compassionate heart to those that can not yet hold this space I do it with a quivering heart for I feel it all Raw and vulnerable Yet strong and resolute How can they be authentic if I don’t lead the way? How can they choose wisely for themselves if I do not? It matters not what they choose Only what I choose I choose to smile freely and openly Breathe deeply this glorious life and light that is present in each and every day Recognise the incredible gift and power that this physical body has And I Love I Love fiercely like a Mother Like a Mother Lion protecting her young Guiding the way with Love, Courage, Light and Strength Blessed BE
