We require an all-rounder, someone who is passionate about the hospitality industry and has a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. The role is diverse, and every day is always different. Some of the duties include but not limited to: - Delivering orders throughout the CBD, Eastern Suburbs, Inner West, North Sydney, Northern Beaches - Helping out the kitchen staff packing and labelling orders - Helping set up events - Assist with admin (if interested in picking up extra hours) For this role, we are looking for: - 2+ years on a full NSW licence with a clean driving record - Catering/hospitality experience - Good knowledge of getting around the city and being able to plan ahead - Able to be on your feet all day and fit enough to handle orders from the vans to the customers - Well-presented and excellent communication skills - Fluent English - Shows initiative and able to problem solve Our office and kitchen are based in Alexandria. This role is predominately Monday to Friday, from 6.30 14.30; however, hours do vary, and we sometimes have weekend shifts available. Hourly rate is dependant on experience. 17.01.2022 As requested by you Roast beetroot hummus (recipe copied below) This is a delicious vegan, gluten free dip that brightens up any platter or grazing table. 1 small beetroot 420g chickpeas (drained) ... 1 large lemon (zested) 1/2 large lemon (juiced) 1 healthy pinch salt and black pepper 2 large cloves garlic (minced) 2 heaping Tbsp tahini 60ml extra virgin olive oil 1. Pre heat oven at 180 2. Peel beetroot and cut into quarters 3. Place on baking tray, drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil and cook in oven for 40mins. 4. Once the beetroot has cooled put it and all remaining ingredients in a food processor except olive oil. 5. Process until smooth, drizzling the oil in gradually. 6.
