18.01.2022 Hey Girls, reminder tonight is our first training for Tuesday nights, and will continue Tues/Thurs from 6.30 - 8.00pm each week. We have also moved from this page to our new group- https://www.facebook.com/groups/279793319379048/ Special happy birthday to our own U15's legend Jenny Ters also, we know you'd be the 1st Girl to training tonight, and even help pack away post pads on your birthday We will be posting all our competition information on there as we progress into the season. Looking forward to seeing you all at training tonight. Don't forget mouthguards, boots, water bottle and a great attitude- oh and ready for plenty of push ups and bear crawls haha
11.01.2022 Great work by all at training this week Girls. Our U13's Girls are ripping in and learning plenty at each session, and won't be long before we can shift focus to the more technical stuff in preparation of pre-season games. We are looking likely to have a Saturday competition as an introduction to our competition on 16th March, so keep this date and also the 30th March free. I will post up more information as it comes in regarding times and venue. Until then, well done for all our new Girls on completing your first week of Rugby 7's training's. 09.01.2022 Come along this Thursday night for our 2nd Junior Development Session and start getting ready for the Rugby season ahead. Some good numbers last week and we will continiue to build on our great start. These Thursday sessions will run through till the 14th February at these session times: U10’s to U12’s: 4:30 5:30pm U13’s to U17’s: 5:30 6:40pm Gator Girls: 6:45 7:45pm... All sessions will be held at Alleygators and no cost to players. It’s recommended for all players to be prepared for contact with mouth guards, head gear etc and to bring running shoes also. 08.01.2022 Hey Girls, hope you are all well. This is a quick update on where we're at for this year, we will be closing this page down, and using the new closed group- Gator Girls Rugby 7's 2019. We will be posting all info regarding competitions dates and draws via the new group, so please go over and request to join up if you're playing for or your daughter plays for the Gator Girls in 2019. Our Girls sign on's are set for this Friday night 15th Feb at the club 4.00 - 6.30pm and Satur...day 16th Feb 8.00 - 10.00am and we are training again this Thursday from 6.45 - 8.00pm. There will be more information regarding sign up online etc once that is good to go. Next week we start back as Tues/Thurs 6.30 - 8.00pm for all U13/15/17's and Open's, so please get yourself mouthgaurds and be prepared for contact starting Tuesday night, and be prepared for some basic testing We had a big meeting last night regarding this years competitions, and such is the awesomeness of Girls Rugby 7's, we have almost double for this year. Because of this there will be a few changes in dates and the way we will play competition, but plenty of opportunities to play new teams/clubs and certainly bigger and better Saturday comps also. 03.01.2022 Registrations are now open for the Southern Cross Rugby Academy September holiday clinics!! We’ve made a few changes to our structure, but the clinics will stil...l be filled with Rugby skills, games and plenty of fun for all our participants. Tuesday 24th September is our combined day for U6’s right through to U13’s. Wednesday 25th September is our Girls only day and they get out on the field with plenty of rugby skills and games.
