25.01.2022 Cheers to all the kids finishing primary school this week! It is hard to believe Zac is about to start his high school chapter, as the primary school years have flown by. Kids are growing up so fast, which is a nice reminder to stop and enjoy time with the people and space that you truely love. ... Cheers to a happy, calm summer and a great year to come.

22.01.2022 A week of calm head space, and sharing what we love, with family and friends. Great company and lots of laughs with @dandenongstrailrunners Gliding and flying over Grampians @grampianssoaringclub Grandpa watching footy with grandkids (both as excited as each other) Family time out hiking, and scrambling to the top of langi Ghiran ... Lunch in the sunshine, beside a lake, watching swans and ducks in their environment. Happy space, and sharing time in nature, helps me re energise, and balance. Hope you can see what space you love, and regularly take time, to share it with people you care about. Happy April. Stay safe and keep active this month. See more

12.01.2022 Time really does fly by. It is hard to believe that almost 12 years ago this little man was born, and now he is getting ready for high school. It feels like only days ago that I was pushing him in the pram, while running with 2 labradors Now when we go for a jog he waits and cheers for me. ... It is a very challenging time for many at the moment, but i hope that we can still see some positive support within reach. Thank you to our amazing family and community that are constantly keeping connected, checking in and supporting each other. We look forward to sharing the chapters ahead. 11.01.2022 Great to see friends, families and teammates everywhere we looked this weekend. Excitement for many team sports with footy and hockey season starting (great work @hawthorncitzjfc & @temhockey ) Sole Motive ran a fun event #runthwrock at hanging rock, and we shared a beautiful morning with great company, a challenging run and finished with live music playing ... Loved seeing so many smiles, and hearing the excitement in so many kids and adults this week. Recover well, and have a wonderful week .
09.01.2022 What a great weekend of challenging activity and laughs at 2XU triathlon. We were inspired and motivated by Alex to step out of our comfort zone and challenge ourselves in something new. Sharing this challenge with 4 first timers, plus many family and friends made it a very rewarding day.... Congratulations to you all for an amazing effort. I am so proud of this group. Great to also share the day with a big group from @hawthorntriathlonclub and their support for us was incredible. Look forward to sharing more events and active fun this year.

06.01.2022 Today we joined with family, friends, kids, grandparents, local businesses, sporting groups, health professionals and clients to all do 25 push ups to raise awareness for people with mental health challenges. Anxiety, depression, PTSD and many other mental health issues can affect people of all ages and in all areas of the community. Restrictions plus many other stressors in recent months have made it more difficult for many to reach out and use their usual supports.... This group push up challenge was to share connection, positivity and awareness for those battling with mental health. Also to remind us all to reach out and check in on each other, to share support with our friends and community. It can be difficult to reach out for help so check in on each other. It might be the opening someone needs to ask for help. Thank you to everyone that joined today and who has been reaching out with positive messages, support and connection options. A small gesture or message can make a huge difference for someone who needs a hand. Today was day 18 of 25 push ups for 25 days, raising awareness and support for mental health.
