23.01.2022 Wowee....the heavens opened at lunchtime today on the Gatton greens. Huge morning tomorrow Sunday, November 1 for members in a position to help with a working bee. Starting at 7am at the club.

20.01.2022 Gee this was a ‘guts’ effort from a dozen blokes this morning to shovel, barrow and distribute soil in preparation for lasering the green. Working bees work when there are plenty of people to get work done. A top bunch and plenty of laughs among the lads. Gatton members should be proud of the contributions made by a wide variety of decent human beings. Now, Les, get that bloody thing level!

04.01.2022 Gatton hosted a very successful Open Triples day on Monday October 19. Congratulations to the overall winners J. Feher, R. Hogan & S. Sellars from Rosewood. Runners up were W. Kimlin, B. McLennan & J. Condon from the home club. First round winners were J. Miles, T. Jenkins & J. Miles whilst Second round winners were R. McIlvenie, L. Peters & B Zischke. Gatton would like to encourage its members to reciprocate at Ipswich, Lowood and Laidley Bowls Clubs when they can. Thanks to Les Derry for another well prepared day on the greens. Awesome work from Wendy, Denise and the team to cater for the masses.
