19.01.2022 Glenn Lazarus is the only player in the history of Rugby League to have won grand finals with three different clubs. Lazarus won premierships with Canberra, Brisbane and Melbourne. These were the inaugural triumphs for each of these 3 clubs with Lazarus playing crucial roles in each victory. In Melbourne’s win he captained the team. He also played State of Origin for NSW and represented the Australian Kangaroos.... What an incredible career.

Did you know though that this piece of sports gear was in use thousands of years ago by the Ancient Greeks and Romans. At that time, shin guards were made from bronze (or another hard metal) and were worn for protection during battle.
