We have taken immediate steps to implement procedures which you will all now be accustomed to in relation to social distancing and other health and safety measures because of the Covid-19 situation. Amongst other things, we have increased our sanitisation procedures and frequency for all customer and staff contact points to maximise our compliance with recommended pro...cedures. Cleaning is the new normal. Unfortunately, there are a few things that have changed. We are for the time being not accepting CASH as a payment method. We are only accepting EFTPOS and EFT payments until the situation changes. Our bathroom facilities are no longer able to be used by our customers. The number of people at any one time in our retail shop is also controlled. There are minor procedural changes when it comes to dropping off your van also in relation to how keys are transferred in the first instance and a few more sanitisation contact points we deal with at this time also. Our supply chains are holding up so far but this obviously is a changing situation day by day. If we experience delays in getting parts or other supplies, we will keep you informed on a case by case basis.
