Within the time it takes you to complete this, you will have to perform 1 push-up as well as additional push-ups as each minute goes by . Minute 1 you will only need to complete 1 push-up, minute 2 you will need to complete 2 push-ups... . Follow this pattern until you complete all squat jumps and burpees .
