25.01.2022 Hi everyone! 2 things I need to address.. Firstly, I am sorry that our waiting room gets crammed full of people at times. We have put up plenty of signs, the next step would be to politely ask patrons to remember to social distance, but this doesn't always go down well. I need to think about this, if you have any suggestions please let me know. ... Secondly, I would like to sincerely apologise about the long waits this evening. 25.01.2022 Hi everyone! After 170 days straight of doing what we love, the time has come to try and go back to 'normal' So we will be closed on Tuesdays from now on, just like before Covid.... It has been truly challenging but also truly rewarding and satisfying! Thank you for all the encouragement and support you guys have given us! Words cannot express just how much we appreciate it!! With so many appliances plugged in here it seems every other day something will stop working for one reason or another... over the past 2 weeks they (the appliances) thought it would be funny to all have their go at breaking down! My choices were to: attempt to fix myself, call someone in, or replace. Anyways for the time being they all seem to be working. So that sums up my past 2 weeks.. what have you been upto??... 18.01.2022 Good morning everyone! I hope you have all been well!! I just wanted to provide an update of what we have been upto... firstly my uncle Xuyen suffered a stroke last week, he is now been released from hospital and is recovering well. My uncle is also our long time sous chef, having worked here for over 20 years straight! What this means for our day to day trading is that we will now cease lunches on thursdays and sundays, that leaves friday as the one session we will be servin...g takeaway lunches each week. At this stage this will remain the case as we go on the search for a replacement chef. Now with dine in back in full swing, I've had my work cut out for me and struggling to find time to host giveaways and competitions for you guys. But soon I'll be back at it with even bigger prizes! 08.01.2022 Good morning everyone! I hope you all had a wonderful, recharging weekend! School holidays now right?!... I just wanted to quickly update you guys on how the restaurant has been going.... First of all, I want to say a M A S S I V E, H U M O N G O U S (had to google the spelling of that word), G I N O R M O U S THANK YOU to each and every one of you! The amount of support we have received over the past few months has been nothing short of amazing! You guys, girls, ladies, and gentlemen have helped us keep our doors open, creditors paid and over 10 staff employed! At this stage we will be continuing to open 7 days a week, however, lunches will now be reduced to: Thurs, Friday and Sundays. Lastly, I feel for all the Victorians suffering as they continue to experience tough times. I really hope they can get on top of it soon and Australia can all unite and get back 100%!!
