25.01.2022 This is me Krysto 20 years ago, It was before smart phones, it was before social media, it was before a lot of things we have today! 2021 I will be celebrating 20 years of teaching yoga - and so I ask myself ... Krysto- what have you learnt?... I have learnt that the years of my dedicated practice has given me the right to teach by reason through my disciplined growth. I have learnt to walk a straight path in a very crooked tangled world and to inspire others is my goal. My unique free thinking mind will continue to search for truth in all things and I am able to articulate it to others in all the ways which will have impact. I have learnt that like a breath of fresh air, I will continue to question, consider, and synthesise ancient truths into contemporary action. I am always learning and growing as a Teacher, and I look forward to teaching knowing my journey will create light upon the path for others. I hope I can share some light with you.

Yes! I have become older, and yes I have become wiser, and yes I believe I have become sexier as I age, (or so I think I am not that 30 year old person anymore when first opened gay mens yoga in 2001. #YOGA it... truly is remarkable how it can look after you in many ways, Allow yourself to explore the mental and emotional benefit of yoga and then let the physical aspects just be a side benefit of the practice.
