24.01.2022 Namaste! As some of you would be aware the Hindu Society of Qld Inc started a Hindi language, art and culture school at the beginning of last year. Unfortunately due to COVID we had to cease the classes. We are pleased to advise classes will recommence from this Sunday. Details: Facilitators: Pdt Suresh Shandil, Mrs Nirmala Shandil and Pdt Brijesh Maharaj... 04.01.2022 With Diwali fast approaching, the HSQ management committee would like to invite you to the Diwali Family Festival on Saturday 7th November from 3pm to 8pm at the Gayatri Mandir on 178 Lyndhurst Road, Boondall. A short prayer will be performed by Pujniye Pdt Praveen Shandil at 3pm followed by a family fun day filled with lots of activities including Karaoke, henna stall, rangoli competition, kids colouring-in competition, kids games, live music performance, dance, raffle and more. Sweets, savouries, snacks and drinks are all available for purchase with Mahaprasad served in the evening. Please join us with your family to celebrate the Festival of Lights.
