03.01.2022 Here are a few more sections and the whole painting! 48 x 48 (unfinished) A nice big one! This is actually a painting of the Southern Alps in New Zealand as you fly in it’s the first thing you see after a good long sleep on the plane if you are lucky. I spent a lot of time there in my younger years and lived there a couple of times! Travelled extensively from top to bottom. My first love was there, and my first breakup, sad but true! This painting represents those poignant times in my life when life was fresh and each day was an adventure! A beautiful country, a girl looking through rose coloured glasses, and my heartfelt memories painted onto a beautiful linen canvas!
