21.01.2022 My first B&W conversion: 60 year old black and white 120 film negative. Peter Bjorksten of Euroa found this at the bottom of his drawer while having a clean out. 1926 Silver Ghost Rolls Royce fire unit, photo taken early 1950's. I wonder how long our digital images will survive? So I can convert just about any format, pos or neg to digital, then print it or put onto a DVD.

09.01.2022 This clip was made from a combination of Mini-dv tape, vhs and still photos. Services available: Photos, negative and slide film to digital. Vhs and minidv tape to DVD or memory stick. Call Gary. 0429951902

08.01.2022 Just a quick warning! Have had several clients these last few days being scammed over the phone by fake NBN/Telstra calls. So beware of anyone calling and saying that you have a problem with your internet. Bound to be dodgy! Just hang up. Luckily the bank’s security measures have kicked in just in time. Also a reminder of my new services: old slides and negatives(all sizes) scanned to CD/DVD. Mostly old family event and memories, like weddings, outings etc. Put them on a memory stick and give them to your family members.(See sample photo) And in case you have forgotten: Back up your stuff. Especially your photos, to cd/dvd, external hard drive or memory stick.

08.01.2022 If anyone needs: Old audio tapes to CD, VHS to DVD, vinyl to CD. Let me know. Computer too slow? Give it a service and clean up. Can make a big difference in performance Will back up all your photos and documents while I am at it.

07.01.2022 Just a quick reminder. Your hard drive is going to crash.......nothing surer! Hard drives have a limited life, so organize to have a recent backup or three. Photos are the most vulnerable and cannot be replaced once lost. So back up often to multiple sources, burn a DVD or get prints done. You won't regret it.

07.01.2022 Windows alternative? Easy to use, stable and works on older computers/laptops. Try Linux. Call Gary on 0429 951902

06.01.2022 New Service: Transfer your old slides, colour and B&W negs to digital and transfer them to a DVD. All those old slides in your draw, revive them, show your kids! These shots were from old colour negs and slides, 35mm and 120 size.

05.01.2022 Serious virus going around. Crytpovirus. Comes in an email from AGL. Delete and do not open any attachment or look at the invoice. Encrypts all your files and at present has no fix. Make sure you have your files backed up and off the main computer

04.01.2022 Virus Protection: 1: Best protection is to not open email attachments you are not 110% sure of. No virus program can stop this! 2: Say NO to everything that pops up on your screen while browsing. 3: Use the Free Virus programs available. Bitdefender, Avast, Avira or AVG. All these do a fine job. 4: Windows 10 has a built in virus protection, Defender which also works quite well.... 5: Use a Malware program like Malwarebytes(Free version), in conjunction with your virus protection. It is manual, so you need to update and scan. 6: Refer back to point 1. See more

01.01.2022 Passwords.........the bane of the modern computer age! Can't do anything without one. Facebook, Bank, Email, passwords are everywhere. Big problem is that i...f you forget it when you need it, you are in trouble. Have this issue regularly with customers and retrieving passwords is a pain and takes time. My strong advice is to have them written down in a hard cover book and keep it safe somewhere. And just a reminder. BACK UP YOUR PHOTOS! Client today reformatted her hard drive, not realising all her photos would disappear. See more
