25.01.2022 What an absolutely huge day yesterday. Managed to mow & whipper snip 2 x clients lawns before I headed off to Broadbeach Waters to stain this customers fencing and poolside deck. The finish came up beautifully and the client was over the moon - so much so he’s booked us in to do this every 6 months as well as other little jobs he’s wanting done around the place . 25.01.2022 Another busy day for us today. A client called us to clean up 4 years worth of dirt and filth from the sides of his house. His own water blaster (1800psi) wasn’t able to remove all the residue left so he called in the big guns . 2500 psi of pure water blasting fury (and a couple of litres of diluted hydrochloric acid ) soon removed it. Client was absolutely over the moon with the result as were we.

23.01.2022 Bit of a fun day today - started off mowing a regular clients lawns then off to a close friends house to trim their hedges that I’ve been promising to do for weeks . It hasn’t been touched for about 5 years (so I’m told) and it runs up a fairly long and steep driveway, so coupled with the midday sun (31 degrees today) it made for quite the task......but it came up looking good. I’m thinking I may need to invest in a pole trimmer just to cut back the tops of hedges that are quite a bit taller than me maybe an early Christmas pressie to myself . 23.01.2022 So this weekend I hand sanded another clients deck which was covered with mould and mildew then apply a stain to it. The previous owners built the deck as a quick benefit when selling the property but never had it oiled for protection. Customer had no idea what she wanted so left it in my hands to just make it weather proofed and look nice.....needless to say she was over the moon with the outcome and even paid a little extra as a tip because it turned out so much better than she thought. Another perk to having great clients who appreciate quality work . Have a great week folks

23.01.2022 It’s amazing what the simple removal of overgrown weeds can do to improve the overall look of your garden and to also create more space to fill with other more desirable looking plants or even a vege patch It’s a simple task but really rewarding .

20.01.2022 What a great day we had today. This client was very very picky about who stained her deck as her regular guy she’s been using for years was booked out till the New Year but she wanted this done ASAP. From the time we quoted up the job right till the end she was very much present making sure it was completed to her high standards....thankfully for us she was over the moon with the results as were we . We are also stoked she’s booked us in for 2 more deck jobs at her investment properties .

17.01.2022 With there being a bit of a break in the rain today I managed to get out and mow a few lawns for clients whom where booked last week but the weather has been very unfavourable over the past week. This particular lawn was 200 sq meters (front and back) and the clients description of how large his lawns were when I asked prior to booking was average size should take you no more than an hour.......it almost took me 3 hours to complete . Slight underestimation I feel but we got it done and he was extremely happy with the result.

17.01.2022 Big day today staining the deck of my clients investment property in Parkwood. He was so impressed with the final results, he's booked us in to now stain his own deck at his home :). We applied 2 coats of stain just to the areas that were not under cover as this area will always fade faster being exposed to the sun. This should provide a couple of years protection against the crazy weather patterns of the Gold Coast. And we do it all again tomorrow . Have a great week folks.

16.01.2022 Another huge day maintaining clients lawns and properties. The great thing about today is - the 2 clients that hired me as a 1 off have now committed to regular fortnightly services . I may not be the fastest out there - but I take huge pride in providing quality workmanship on every job I undertake and my clients are over the moon about it.

16.01.2022 Been an absolutely flat out week for us this week, from weeding a property close to an acre large, cleaning multiple clients windows, house cleaning tasks as well as another timber deck restoration but this deck I chose to sand by hand hahaha. Crazy I know and I could’ve knocked the job out in half the time with a floor sander but I was able to sand in areas inaccessible to a floor sander from doing it by hand and the finish came up . The reviews of happy clients make doing these types of jobs worth it . 14.01.2022 Another productive morning cleaning my clients patio and mowing/whipper snipping his lawns. He loved the end result so much he’s now booked us regularly every fortnight to come in and keep his property maintained. Now off to Surfers for a section clear out. Gonna be a hot one today at 29 degrees definitely gonna have a cold one this afternoon

13.01.2022 An absolute cracker of a month with clients wanting all sorts of tasks completed around their properties from trimming hedges, painting fences, staining decks, cleaning windows, replacing insect screens over windows through to upgrading gardens. 12.01.2022 Busy busy busy day for us today - weed clearing and yard maintenance in the morning, cleaning windows and lawn mowing/whipper snipping for a property handover in the afternoon. 12.01.2022 An absolute flat out last 2 days with our client in Currumbin Creek and we’re still not finished . Client is putting his house on the market and he’s basically wanting the whole outside of his home spruced up and looking before the open day on Saturday. So we were hired to sand back all decks (2 x bedroom decks, 1 x huge main entertainment area + pool side deck) then apply not 1 - but 2 coats of Intergrain Merbau Decking Oil. A lot of repairs needing to be done to the decking as well, like replacement boards as well as joists. But as you can see even with just the 1 coat applied I’m happy with the result. With 2 coats it should come up slightly darker with a more even consistency. Roll on tomorrow so we can get this bad boy finished

12.01.2022 A huge past 2 and a half days. Client basically wanted a yard makeover before Christmas which required a heck of a lot of weeds removed and area sprayed, a number of small trees and bushes removed, edging inserted, weed mat & landscaping gravel laid as well as re-mulching all his gardens . Because his property is right on the canal, during the wet season the water tends to rise right up into his property so replanting new shrubs would’ve been pointless hence why we opted in for the gravel so he has the option of putting pot plants along the fence line. They both loved the final result. Have a great weekend folks

08.01.2022 What a way to start off the new month - cleaning the windows on a high rise apartment in Surfers and setting up their wifi extender, quoting up a painting job for a bathroom, entrance foyer and all their skirting boards and to top off - my favourite thing to do, mowing lawns . 06.01.2022 Another happy client - so much so he actually gave a tip on top of his normal payment because he was so stoked at the final result and how efficient we were. Customer has just sold their beautiful house and wanted the weeds pulled up and removed from around the tennis court. This is what pleases us the most - customer satisfaction and appreciation of hard work with great results

04.01.2022 And just when I thought I’d have a cruisey afternoon- this happened . I turned up to Jumanji - tell ya what, I needed an expedition to guide me through this yard but only 2 hours later it was all cut back and the client was over the moon . Now - beer o clock

03.01.2022 Another solid day staining the deck of another happy client . This one was a bit of a nightmare as I started last week and even though I advised the client that there was a lightning storm expected the day of our scheduled booking - he still wanted me to continue, and sure enough part way through the day Mother Nature arrived and caused chaos . So I came back again today to fix up the damage the rain had done to the stain and it came out a lot better than I anticipated . He was so impressed he’s actually booked me in to take care of some of his gardening tasks because thankfully - deck staining is just 1 of the many things we take care of here.
