Usually we run a 'parent watching week' during the final week of each term, however due to the #covidsafe regulations were required to abide by this hasn't been possible. Instead, we will be live streaming a sample of every class this week in the private group on Facebook.... The live class will be posted for 48 hours only and then deleted. Simply search GC Dance Parents & Friends to join our private Facebook group if you don't already belong and keep an eye out for your child's class during the week. #gcdance

This years concert might not look the same as previous years however we are working behind the scenes to ensure our students have the opportunity to perform and showcase what they love to do... dance!

There are a couple of spots left so if you’d like to join in this wonderful experience please email [email protected] WORKSHOP SCHEDULE... Tuesday 6th April 11 - 12pm / approx 8-11 years (Primary & Preparatory Level 1 ballet students) 12.15 - 1.30pm / approx 12 - 13 years (Level 1 & 2 ballet students) 1.45 - 3.15pm / approx 14+ years (Level 3 & 4 ballet students) *The Level 3 & 4 ballet students will require their pointe shoes for part of class. However if they're unable to do pointe work for whatever reason, they can participate in that part of class wearing their flats.

10.01.2022 A huge congratulations to our November Student of the Month Francesca This beautiful young lady is filled with so much kindness and passion. Her presence in the studio is heart-warming and we are so blessed to have her part of the #gcdance community. Francesca participates in Ballet, Contemporary and Musical Theatre whilst also enjoying private singing lessons with Miss Juliette. This year Frankie performed on stage for the very first time as a soloist at the Little Legends Concert and we are so proud of her for being brave as she was so nervous. A huge accomplishment! The world has big plans for this young lady and we can’t wait to see where her love for the arts takes her... #gcdance

If you have a little ballerina on your hands, we guarantee they’ll love our beautiful studio environment. Classes are held weekly and students are grouped with dancers of a similar age to ensure effective and engaging program delivery. 03.01.2022 A huge congratulations to our August Student of the Month Yvette We could not think of a kinder and more dedicated student than this beautiful soul. Over the past five years we have watched this young woman go from a recreational student participating in a couple of classes at the St Hildas Dance Cabin to a totally devoted dancer and vocalist attending as many classes as she can get her hands on at the Main Studio! Yvettes favourite class is Senior Contemporary and she also participates in private singing lessons with Miss Juliette. Its beautiful to watch their relationship blossom through a shared love of music. We cant wait to see how Yvette makes her mark on the world and love being part of her present and future! #gcdance

03.01.2022 Have you booked your concert tickets? The Queensland Government has changed the seating capacity at venues from 50% to 100% and the theatre has given us approval to open up bookings. This means that families can now purchase more than three tickets. This is wonderful news for our #gcdancers who deserve a full audience to cheer and celebrate their achievements! Unfortunately we're unable to change current bookings, however everyone is welcome to purchase additional seating if they'd like. Thank you for being so understanding during this time. Please call 0400598708 to book and have your attendees names, addresses and contact numbers ready as contact tracing is still required for the event...
