12.01.2022 A short video showcasing how we estimate the total concrete volume of RC columns in a structural plan. Two (2) ways to do the quantity take-off of RC columns, first option is from a column schedule if it is available and the second option is from the floor plans. In this case the column schedule is not available so we measured it from the foundation plan. PRECISION NOT GUESSTIMATION!!!

The digital take-off and estimating software we use has the capability to measure irregular shaped concrete elements. Where our templates can't be linked for take-off, we'll measure every item such as edge formwork and construction joints diligently to make sure your scope of works are covered as shown in the photo. ...
