All cartons are premium snap-frozen product, all caught and processed on the vessel. If you want to ensure you have prawns for Christmas, buying the snap-frozen cartons is an excellent way to ensure you have beautiful seafood! All you need to do is keep frozen until you would like to eat, and defrost in a salted water brine or in your fridge.
