25.01.2022 An unfortunate water leak in the brick cavity. Render and mortar eat away at copper so if the line isnt lagged it will eventually leak. Leak located, removed and repaired in 2 hours. 24.01.2022 This +20yr old hot water unit finally saw its last day. Unfortunately the gas line that was installed wasnt correctly sized for the unit and the gas bottles were in a bad state. We upgraded the gas line , regulator and installed a new Thermann hot water unit. We take every precaution in to ensure we are safe and our customers are safe. All masks and gloves worn and washing and sterilising of our hands.
