Too much activity can make you feel frazzled, rather than fulfilled. Ya know? . BUT holidays are actually predictable so with a little planning you can still make it one to remember for all the right reasons ... . In between the caroling, the shopping, the baking, the parties, the Santa photos, the relatives, all the relatives ... schedule some time for yourself and just breathe, babe.
