24.01.2022 Some things are dangerous to be taken or used on the turf. Keep your fields clean by following some simple rules .
24.01.2022 Here is a nice spot to watch some Hockey action from. The GCHA ladies masters celebration carnival continues from 230pm today.
23.01.2022 Exciting news with further restrictions being relaxed. You can now enjoy a drink while standing. Two things that haven’t changed. 1. You must continue to social distance at all times remaining 1.5m from others. 2. You must check in when entering the facility for training and games. ... See you on the weekend
23.01.2022 Part 2: As we returned from our COVID layoff it was clear things were not the same as they once were. Everyone did their best to try and adjust and we welcomed our amazing staff back to work

18.01.2022 Part 3: Hockey games were back! Our confidence grew and we started to look more than one week in advance. Teams showed respect for our Hockey friends in Vic doing it tough. We welcomed soccer players onto our grass fields and hockey balls and glass were still not a good combination

12.01.2022 Part : You could say 2020 has been eventful. Here are some snaps as we look back on what has been a different season . With damaging flooding in January and a replacement turf installation during COVID
11.01.2022 Beautiful day for Hockey
10.01.2022 Part 4: We made it to the finals and behind the scenes we had some work to do. Grand final day started hot then rained then a massive hail storm then sunshine. Pretty much exactly what we should have expected in this crazy year .
09.01.2022 We just wanted to give a shout out to this lovely lady Kathy (KD) who is the driving force behind the Ladies Masters Celebration carnival. KD has been able to bring approx 200 ladies to the Gold Coast to play the game they love. With Pan Pacs being cancelled this year KD created and promoted a replacement carnival for hockey lovers. The Gold Coast Hockey Centre is very proud to be associated. Congratulations to KD and her staff on a fantastic carnival
07.01.2022 Goodbye 2020 season. You can’t say we didn’t go out with a bang. Amazing grand final day that had exactly what you would expect in a COVID year. Congratulations to all clubs and teams for getting through the season. To the GCHMG staff you were amazing all year. Thank you
07.01.2022 Are you keeping 1.5m away from others when your not on the field of play . Two stick lengths, two steps, two arm lengths or a short staff member are all good measurement tools
06.01.2022 The Premier’s COVID restrictions update this morning due to increased cases in South East Qld states that: community sport . have COVID Safe Plans, so they can continue to have gatherings greater than those numbers, but it’s important that they strictly apply the plans particularly social distancing and the collection of contacts and contact details across this weekend. The Gold Coast Hockey Centre operates under the field sports COVID safety plan. It’s never been more imp...ortant for ALL visitors to make sure you check in and social distance (1.5m) at all times when not on the field of play. Play it smart, stand apart

01.01.2022 We want to wish Labrador all the best for their BHL grand final showdown tomorrow at 330pm in Brisbane. Let’s hope history repeats itself from 2019 and they bring the silverware back to the Gold Coast again.
